Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.

30-DAY RETURNS
Email support@powerbirth.store within 30 days of delivery. Unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for a refund, minus the original shipping cost. We'll send you return instructions.

Because our products are ingestible, opened or used packages cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full — including shipping.

REFUND TIMING
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel? Contact us at support@powerbirth.store as soon as possible. We can cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet.
